Abby’s House simply could not exist without the generosity and commitment of individuals, foundations, and business partners. We do not accept state or federal funding for our programs so that we can maintain the greatest possible flexibility, independence and stability in our programming. About 50% of our operating budget comes from donations from individuals.

Supporting Abby’s House is a way for you to take a powerful stand and to make a real difference for women and children whose other support systems are tenuous. We are in this for the long haul! We rely upon our supporters to help us empower women to heal from the trauma of abuse and to gain control over their lives.

More Ways to Give

We invite you to consider the following means of helping the women and children of Abby's House:

• participate in a workplace giving campaign, such as COMECC if you are a MA state employee, or the IBM Employee Charitable Contribution Campaign;
• designate Abby’s House to receive your United Way contribution (Abby’s is not a United Way agency, but you can write us in on the contributions form);

• obtain a matching gift from your employer.
